We’re ideas people. In fact, we’re really good ideas people. Big, pocket-sized or somewhere in between, when it comes to ideas we don’t discriminate, we just come up with great ones. And we know what to do with them. We’re firmly grounded in the hands-dirty reality of building brands people fall in love with. From the 3am flash-of-genius bar napkin sketch to the strategic, creative and digital know-how that brings concepts to life, we go end-to-end. And then a little bit further. “Highly creative and technically advanced.” If we happened to get report cards anymore, that’s what ours would say. We also know that our ideas begin with yours.

Founder/Creative Director
Since founding K+L in 2004, Andrew Tupper has collaborated with clients in industries ranging from fashion to finance, including advertising and creative projects for Levis, Puma, The American Folk Museum and emerging brands BPC and No Mas among others. His work has appeared in Surface and Elle magazines and on CNN.
Will McDermott
Partner/Art Director
Will McDermott’s wide-ranging expertise encompasses the design of magazines, books, catalogs, identities, websites, and photography. Coming to New York in 2004 he has worked on the design teams at People magazine, Field & Stream magazine, Bath & BodyWorks, and with the concepting team at Victoria Secret to name a few.
Amit Savyon
Partner/Digital Marketing Director
Since 1999, Amit Savyon has been neck deep in the world of internet marketing & interactive development, providing both strategic guidance & project management for tons of organizations.
Having honed an intimate understanding of what makes the web tick, he has a passion for both exploring the inner workings of new technological developments, and for mapping out the best approaches for any digital communications need.
He has experience across a wide range of industries, including retail, medical equipment, entertainment, pharmaceutical, travel, health & wellness, sports, clothing, smart grid technology, software development, & various professional services.
